What are your products made from?
Our art prints are printed on quality, heavyweight 315gsm fine art paper, giving a quality finish that is designed to last.
Is your artwork unique?
Absolutely, yes! All designs are exclusive to WagAfari and we blend our background photographs with photos of your dog of to create a unique piece that is bespoke to you.
Can you remove my dog’s collar/harness/lead or make other amendments?
Yes, it’s normally fine to remove accessories and make minor adjustments such as reducing tear stains or blemishes. Please make sure any required amendments are added to the special comments prior to ordering.
Will my picture look exactly like the one on the website?
No, each piece will differ slightly as we will use different blending modes and lighting effects to make sure your dog looks his or her very best! We will also select the best position for your dog, based on the photo provided and their size and posture. Please also note that as with any print items purchased online, the colour may differ slightly from the colour displayed on screen.
How is the artwork made?
Our background images, together with the images provided by our customers, are manually combined, using a variety of techniques within professional Adobe photo editing software. Please note that certain functionality within Adobe Create Cloud (e.g. removing the dog from your original photo and removing leads etc.) use generative AI and may also be used to enhance your artwork to ensure you get the best quality result.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
- Browse our website to find the product you would like to order
- Upload two images of your dog using the file uploader on the product page
- Add the product to your cart
- Add any specific requests to the special comments box
- Pay for your order
- Sit back and relax! We'll create your original artwork and send the proof over to you for approval before sending to the printers
How many images of my dog should I submit?
Please submit 2 quality images of your dog to allow us to select the one that will look best! Please see our photo guidelines page for details of submitting the paw-fect photo.
What format should the images submitted be?
All standard image file formats are accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and most credit and debit cards issued in the United Kingdom.
What should I expect after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order and you have uploaded your images, we will start creating your bespoke design! The completed artwork will be emailed to you as a proof for you to approve before printing. Upon receipt of your approval, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-5 working days.
What should I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation?
If you have submitted an order but not received an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us at woof@wagafari.co.uk so we can check we have received an order in your name.
How is artwork packaged?
Art prints are packaged in acid-free tissue paper and sent flat in a cardboard envelope or rolled within a tube, depending on the size/quantity ordered.
What if I am not happy with the artwork?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, which is why we always request approval of the design. Prior to your item being printed, we will continue to work with you to revise the design to make sure you're happy.
How are items shipped?
Orders are sent using Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service.
The item is a gift. Can I have the item delivered to a different address?
Yes, absolutely! Just provide us with the delivery address when you place your order.
Policies
What is your refund process?
As all items are bespoke and designed exclusively for you, items cannot be refunded or returned once you have approved the proof. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you need to contact us about a return, please email us at woof@wagafari.co.uk
